The HP 3456 A is a microprocessor-based, fully guarded, integrating precision 6-1/2 digit Digital Multimeter. It measures DC, true RMS AC voltage and resistance.
5 full scale DC ranges from 0,1 V (100 nV resolution) to 1000 V are provided. Also 4 full scale AC RMS voltage ranges from 1V to 1000 V and 8 full scale ranges for resistance from 100 ohms to 1 GOhm.
