If you need a method that's fast, error free, accurate and easy-to-use, we recommend and use the Skyndex Electronic Body Fat Calipers. Skyndex I is programmed with either the Durnin or Jackson-Pollock formula*, and can be programmed with both formulas with age and gender related instructions for each on the outside of the caliper.

In addition to assuring accurate pressure at each pinch site, the Skyndex I has a built-in computer and LCD digital readout that makes it useful anytime, anywhere. All you have to do is pinch the appropriate sites. The Skyndex I adds them, then calculates percent body fat instantly eliminating the need to use formulas or tables.

The Skyndex comes with calibration standard, instruction book and a 1 year warranty. We recommend them to teachers, personal trainers, hospitals, corporations or anyone wanting the fastest and easiest caliper made. This product does not require separate calibration and the accuracy is +/- 2%.

Skyndex I
This unique caliper has a built-in computer which calculates and displays % bodyfat directly on its LCD digital readout, thus eliminating the necessity to add the skinfold readings and compute the % bodyfat from formulas or tables. Ideal for those who need to measure a lot of people quickly or want to reduce the chance of errors. Comes with Durnin formulas.
