 HORIBA 의 Non-contact Infrared Thermometer IT-240 비접촉 미소지점 온도측정기입니다.

특정 지점에 센서를 고정하면 정해놓은 범위의 온도를 벗어날때 알람과 측정치를 피드백해주는 산업용 검사장비용 온도측정기로 미소지점에서 나오는 미약한 온도를 측정하기위한 대형반사경 타입센서모듈과 세트입니다.

smd 칩 처럼 작은크기도 정밀하게 측정해 부품열화나 설겨 시험에 사용됩니다.

The IT-240 S/L/W mountable infrared thermometers provide highly accurate surface measurements in a range of 0degrees-500degrees. Three models-S, L, and W-provide a multitude of measurement capabilities, ranging from spot measurements with a diameter of 1.22mm to surface measurement. The series also supports a variety of production lines that have analog and alarm output devices.



*The S-model completes measurements of surface areas 1.22mm diameter in 0.5 seconds. 0-1V output allows for line control and alerts the user to abnormal spot temperatures using two independent alarm outputs.
*The long-focus L-model measures surface areas 4.5mm diameter in approximately 0.5 seconds from distances of 200mm or greater. The L-model is used in those locations where a sensor cannot be placed in close proximity to its target object.

*The multi-purpose W-model mountable thermometer is capable of measuring surfaces 1.2mm in diameter from a distance of 800mm. *IT-240 thermometers provide a response time of 0.5 seconds, high resolution of 0.1degrees, measurement accuracy of ±1%, and support a broad range of production lines.

*When the temperature exceeds a preset level on two channels, a 1.2 LED alarm flashes and an alarm signal is output (open corrector output). The thermometers are capable of connection to such devices as sequencers.
