CRT misconvergence can be controlled numerically
Measurement of phosphor pitches from 0.21 to 0.52mm
Either crosshatch or dot test patterns can be used for measurement
Measurements are performed using a white pattern (simultaneous emission of all 3 phosphor colors R, G, and B)
Simultaneous measurement of horizontal and vertical misconvergence
Misconvergence can be displayed as either x and y values or as vector angle and magnitude
Measurements can be taken at screen perimeter (within 10mm of corner)
Multi-pattern measurements, using smaller pattern interval, allows measurements to be taken quickly without requiring exact position of measuring head
Automatic averaging of 3 to 5 measurements
Warning LED lights if measurements exceed limit values
Standard RS-232C interface
Internal function automatically synchronizes measurement with phosphor emission, eliminating requirement for external synchronization signal.
Applications:
Incoming and outgoing quality control by computer (CRT) manufacturers and resellers
