We have the expertise and the necessary standards to perform the KEITHLEY 487 Calibration, onsite calibration may be available. KEITHLEY 487 Description / Specification: Picoammeter/Voltage Source 500V: Current measurements of 10fA to 2mA. Two voltage source ranges are 500V range with 10mV resolution and a 50V range with 1mV resolution. Resistivity measurements from <1? to >1016?. ± 500V source. 80 readings per second. IEEE-488 interface.
