Power Master는 간단한 숫자 및 주파수 선택적 평균 전력 RF 측정을 제공하는 초소형 USB-based mmWave 전력 분석기입니다. Power Master는 9 kHz ~ 70 GHz 및 9 kHz ~ 110 GHz의 두 가지 주파수 커버리지를 제공합니다. Power Master는 최저 -90 dBm의 넓은 광대역 전력 범위 커버리지를 지원합니다.

- • 온웨이퍼 테스트용 프로브를 연결하기 위해 직접 장착할 수 있는 마운팅 홀
