광 스펙트럼 분석기 MS9740B는 광역 다이내믹 레인지, 고분해능, 고속 소인을 실현한 벤치 탑형 광 스펙트럼 분석기입니다. 파장 범위, 600nm~1750nm. 멀티 모드 파이버 입력에 대응하며, 850nm대의 VCSEL 제조ㆍ평가에 최적입니다.
