Built-in thermocouple linearization and cold junction compensation

llows the SourceMeter SMU instrument to operate in a source mode, delivering power to a load and to operate

Scaled voltage analog output

This output allows the nanovoltmeter to transmit measurement results to devices like DMMs, data acquisition cards, oscilloscopes, or strip chart recorders
